Getting the familly talking

I have a PDA a laptop and a desktop that I would like to syncronize my
outlook database(mail, contacts, etc.. ). Is there a way I can do this
through my router wirelessly or otherwise? Keep in mind I am using and have
Activesync installed on the desktop for my PDA. If that makes any
differnece.
Also I am not using MS Exchange Server software. This is for my home and
buisness use.
