How do I synchronize Outlook on 2 computers?

I have a laptop & desktop, which I'd like to synchronize, if possible. I
know that you can use the "leave messages on server" option, but this would
not allow me to synchronize calendar/contacts/sent messages, etc. Thanks for
your help!!!
