What issues do you have?
Did you install the latest version of ActiveSync already?

Sorry , yes - you need 4.2 if your PPC has WM5, otherwise stay with 3.8.

What problem are you getting. The OUTLOOK on the pocket PC will sync fine
with OUTLOOK 2003 on your PC. It syncs fine with 2007 on the PC as well.
You will need version 3.8 of Activesync which you can get from this link

Actually, 4.1 works with PPC 2003 and Office 2007. Of course, if any
version does not work, the first thing to try is to reinstall activesync.

Sure 4.1 and 4.2 work with PPC2003, but it is suggested that you stay with
3.8 especially if you wnat to be able to sync via WiFi. If you have more
than one PPC and one has WM5 then you have no option but to use the latest
AS.

So WiFi is the only reason to hold on to AS3.8?
4.1 and 4.2 are faster for me with synching for my SmartPhone with WM2003SE.
IIRC version 3 doesn't synch Contacts pictures and is lacking some other
functionality.

(hé, it is not often that we have a Mobile Devices MVP here, so gotta drain
the info ;-)

In a nutshell - YES - a big reason to hang on to 3.8 - I use the Wifi Sync
most of the time as I have a laptop that I use in different parts of house.

Ok, thanks! Well my mobile doesn't have WiFi but 3.8 already looked nice in
my software archive ;-)

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try to reinstall the ActiveSync disk again. I
hope it works this time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go
about it without having any problems, my laptop has the outlook 2003 on it
but it seems that when I install the Activesync(outlook 2002) disk it
overrides the 2003.
