How do I sync Outlook Tasks with an iPhone?

I've given up trying to do this with iCal. Now, I'm back to using
Outlook. If this keeps up, I'll be using a Blackberry, too, I fear.

Ask this of the people who support your sync software. Outlook does not
actively participate in syncs.
