Sync with Blackberry using Fusion?

I'm switching back from the iCal to an Outlook but still using the Mac
OSX system with Fusion to run Windows software. If I use Outlook in
virtualization via Fusion on my laptop will I be able to sync Outlook
with a Blackberry?
