how do I switch identities using office 2003?

I just upgraded to Microsoft Outlook 2003, and I can't find my second email
account. How do I switch identities? I went from outlook 6 to microsoft
office outlook 2003.
 
Outlook doesn't support that OE feature. Use separate Windows accounts or
multiple Outlook Profiles. You can configure Outlook Profiles via the Mail
icon in Control panel.
