How do I switch between English and Hebrew??

Have set the Language to Hebrew for one line of text. Text goes Hebrew
alright but now cannot get back to English US. So: How does one switch
langauages at will? Seems to me I have followed all instructions properly and
repeatedly...but no-go...

Language is a character property. You can change it at will the same way you
change size or boldness of a font - Select the text, then Tools > Language >
Set Language, pick English.
