How do I subscribe to newsgroups using Outlook?

At home, I discovered how to use Outlook Express to subscribe to these
Microsoft Community newsgroups. I would like to do the same at work but
can't seem to figure out how. We can only use Outlook connected to the
Internet through a network exchange server. Also, where do I find the names
(NNTP) that I need to identify the newsgroup I'm interested in?

Outlook isn't a newsgroupreader. Your admin can either configure newsgroups
in Exchange or your can use OE if NNTP is allowed in your company.
