your question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to
find someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup
devoted to your subject.
You will need to find a newsgroup devoted to your E-mail program and/or
your operating system. Be sure to tell them what program you are using, the
version number and the operating system of your computer (e.g. Outlook
version 6.0 and Windows XP)
It sounds like you have an E-mail program setup to check for mail on a
timed bases. You can turn that off or configure it to save the password.
Please ask this question in a newsgroup which supports whatever mail
software you are using (and post the name and version of the program
when you do). This newsgroup is for a different program, the database
software Microsoft Access.
