how do i stop the file details window

when the pointer is over a file name in windows explorer a window appears with the file details - how do i stop this please?
 
In Windows Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options, View. Scroll down and uncheck Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items.

The click Apply, and then Apply to all Folders.
