how do I stop the "are you sure you want to delete?" prompt?

When I select a group of text and hit "delete" it prompts me "Are you sure
you want to delete?" and I have to type "Y" everytime. Is there a way to stop
this prompt?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two
boxes for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.
