How do I stop Speech from trying to start every time I open Word?

While exploring Word, I clicked Speech once, realized I didn't want to use
it, then unclicked it. Now it tries to start every single time I open Word.
Any advice?
 
Hi Wambtac,

If you're not planning on using the Speech to Text features
in MS Word/Office you can use the Microsoft Word or Office choice
in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel and set that
particular Shared feature to a 'not available' status.
