How do I stop "runtime errors" on internet pages?

I'm using Microsoft Office Word 2003, and whenever I open certain internet
pages
a box comes up saying the following:

"A Runtime Error has occured
Do you wish to debug?"

If you click "yes" it opens up Microsoft script editor, which I have no idea
how to use.

The page it has been happening on most recently is
http://www.santacruzbikes.com/color/.
How do I stop getting this box?

What has Word got to do with opening internet pages, unless it is yet
another annoying sales technique to get us to look at your crappy web site?
