How do I get Microsoft Visual Runtime Library to stop popping up?

Can someone help me to get this screen to stop from coming up everytime I
open Word up. "Microsoft Visual Runtime Library. 'Debug,' 'Retry,' or
'Ignore'."

Get rid of the defective add-in or macro. If you have not programmed macros
yourself then the answer probably lies in an add-in for an older version of
Word - see
