Are you sure it's Word and not a function of your printer? Are you printing
to a networked (not shared, networked) printer?

This is usually a printer function to separate print runs from different
users. You can turn this on/off in Printer setting (often part of the
printer setting panel).

Jim, in addition to the previous comments, this is usually termed as a
"Banner sheet", look for this on your printer properties and turn off.
