How do i stop Outlook from removing emails after they are 30 days

After my emails are 30 days old Outlook removes them from the Inbox folders.
I wondered how i could stop it from doing this.

You probably turned on AutoArchive then. You can disable it in Tools->
Options-> tab Other-> button AutoArchive...
