How do I stop Outlook form "Closing" when I simply try to "minimi.

How do I stop Outlook form "Closing" when I simply try to "minimize it? I
have tried uninstalling Office completely and reinstalling it. I also have
Business Contact Manager installed.

It's not closed. It's hiding. Right click on the icon in the tray and uncheck
"Hide when minimized."
