How do I stop new "Untitled" meetings from being created in OL 200

A new "untitled" meeting is created every time I open OL. This does not
happen when logging into OWA or on a third PC. The problem is specific to one
PC. What can I do to stop this. There are not any rules setup. My last option
is to remove and re-install OL, but it is a last resort.

The meetings are created every time I close and re-open OL.

Any ideas on why the new meetings are being created?
 
I'm guessing its an add-in doing it. I don't know of any addin that
specifically does this, but I wouldn't be surprised if it’s a Dell with
MediaDirect - the add-in used by mediadirect causes a lot of issues.

If its not a dell, look at the addins and also at any applications that use
outlook data or even shortcuts or login scripts.

It turns out it is caused by Live Meeting Add-In. This is a known issue and
is slated to be resolved in the next version.
