Office Outllook 2003

Each time I reply to an email, my outlook automatically selects another font
colour. Sometimes my replies are in a red and are causing offence.

In OL2002, and if using its embedded new-mail editor, go to Tools ->
Email Options -> Mail Format tab -> Fonts button -> pick a color for
reply/forward. Navigation may differ in OL2003.

If using Word as the e-mail editor, ask in a Word newsgroup on how to
configure the e-mail options in that different product.

Hi
I have recently had this same problem and changing the options in Outlook did not resolve the problem

You need to load Word.exe then from the Tools> Options on the General tab look for a button worded E-mail Options..

Now take the tick out of the box pick a new color when replying or fowarding

You will see that the front for the reply or fowarding messages will change from
Sample Test (AutoColor)
to just Sample Text
Click ok to exit out

I hope this helps you resolve you problem
