How do I stop mail to myself going into Junk email?

I like to send a copy of certain emails to myself - I file these copies
temporarily in a 'Hold' folder until the issue is resolved, then delete them.
But recently, emails via one particular mail domain that I do this with go
straight to Junk email. Outlook doesn't allow you to add your own email
address or domain to the safe senders list, so how do I get it to allow these
emails through? I use more than one mail server/domain (I'm talking about
companie's mail servers, not hotmail etc) and it doesn't happen with them
all, but I've been told by someone from the organisation it DOES happen with
that it's an Outlook problem, not a problem with their mail server. Thanks
in advance for your comments and suggestions (unless they deride my working
practices!) ;-)

Err why not just flag the copies that are in your Sent folder.....
