how do i stop items auto going into spamkiller folder in outlook

eveytime new details come into the inbox most get moved into the spamkiller
folder automatically - how do i stop this?
 
are you using a 3rd party spam filter? if so, you'll need to reconfigure it
so it doesn't mark all mail as spam.
