How do I stop font color from changing automatically?

When replying to e-mails the color of the font changes automatically even
though it's set to black. The IT guy doesn't know how to stop it from
happening. Does anyone know the answer?
 
You need to provide information such as version of Outlook, type of mail
account, and the format of your email at the very least.
 
Version of Outlook? Go to tools, options, mail format, stationery - is the
option set to pick a new color on replies?
