How do I stop automatic file load?

K

Kyle

On my old computer, if I clicked on or cut and pasted a
media file (mpg, avi, wmv ect), an advisory box would open
and ask if I wanted to "open" or "save" the file.

On my new, Windows 2000 professional computer running IE
6.0 the files automatically begin to play, with no option
to save or cancel.

I'm quite certian that there is a way to "ask before
opening/playing" a file but I'll be darned if I can
remember how to activate this option.

Thanks in advance
