How do I stop a scroll wheel from operating in Pwrpt

I have a presentation that I have created. I want to use it as a training
Item, in that I want to force those who go through the presentation do so
according to the included hyperlinks.

The scroll wheel on the mouse allows the student to go through the
presentation without following the hyperlinks.

Manual advance forces a mouse clic to advance.
This does not prevent the mouse's ability to scroll.
