Hi all,

You all all have been so helpful with my questions pertaining to how
to optimally setup my swap file and partition my drives. In a few of
the posts, it was recommended that I set up a small partition on the
drive which does not contain the OS and use that for any temo fiules
that may be created. Can you please explain how I can make the system
create temp files in a place of my choosing?
Thanks in advance!!!

Asked and answered in the other newsgroup to which you posted. Please
don't multipost; it makes more work for everyone and will get you
*less* help, not more. See this for why:
