How do I slow down pop up menus?

My menus are popping up too fast when I drag my mouse (single click
settings) over an item. Could someone pleae tell me where the settings are
to adjust the speed on how fast these menus pop up? (WinXP Pro sp1) Many
thanks.

Get Tweakui, it has a module for speeding or slowing down the speed of your
menu display
