How do I shrink a slide to show in a box on another slide?

I have a Powerpoint 2003 slide that takes up the whole slide with multiple
ovals, rectangles, etc with text boxes in them. I would like a copy of that
slide to fit in a box on another slide.

I tried grouping it all but when I copied that and shruck it the different
elements on the slide didn't maintain their positions and overlapped, etc.

How can I take all of the one slide and show it in a box on another in a
different presentation.

Thanks,
Mich

Export the slide as an image (File > Save As) and then insert the image on
the target slide.

Switch to slide sorter view, copy the slide.

Go to the other presentation and, in Normal view, use Edit/Paste Special.
Choose Slide Object or image or whatever.

This seemed to want to save the whole thing so I tried Echo S which worked
great!

Thanks

To detail Austin's suggestion (I hope), in the Save As dialog box you
would change the file type to JPEG (or other graphic format) and then
hit Save. PPT then asks if you want ALL slides converted to picture of
slides or just the current one. It then saves the slide(s) as pictures
of slides in a folder with which you can insert into another slide or
any document that takes a graphic.

Anyway, there's lots of ways to do this. A quickie for a slide here or
there works well with Echo's method. If I want access to pictures of
all my slides for say another document or to make a cool menu of my
slides, I use Austin's method. Different tools for different jobs.
