HOW DO I SHOW THE FROM COLUMN IN MY INBOX IN OUTLOOK

i accidentally romoved the from field in my inbox. how do i get it back?
 
Right click on the words subject, Select Customize current view, select Fields.
Locate the From field from Available fields. Add it. Then drag the from up
to where you want it in the order listed.

Right-click on the subject, choose Field Chooser, and drag the From field to
where you'd like it to appear.
