Outlook 2003: Move Inbox From Deleted Items

I accidentally deleted my Inbox, but now it shows up in my Deleted Items
folder. When I launch Outlook, the Inbox within the Deleted Items folder
opens and new mail is placed there. But I would like to remove the Inbox
from Deleted Items and put back where it was. When I try, I get the error
that special folders cannot be moved. How did I move it in the first
place? How can I move it back? Thank you.

Start Outlook once with the /resetfolders command line switch. Including
/resetfoldernames can't hurt, either.

Tried that and several other switches including /resetnavpane and it did
not correct the problem. Is this an Exchange problem? Should I rebuild
the mailbox or something?
