Your telling me that each employee has to keep an indiviual database that
cannot be shared across the enterprise. I realize that is what you're saying
but find it hard to believe MS released it that way. Am I missing something?
You're not missing anything. BCM was never designed for data sharing, but
only for single users. Microsoft has a separate product, Microsoft CRM, for
shared data.
That said, Microsoft has heard the loud message that potential BCM users
want to share data, so perhaps this will change in a future version.
