I have a situation here, if someone could assist me would be greatful.
I have Exchange Server 2003 and all clients have Outlook 2003 installed.
They do have network drive.
On exchange server, we wants to restrict every single user to 100MB (for
example)
Now the situation is, we have a central department and mailbox on Exchange
Server called as "Central-Mail". Now the mailbox is overload (5GB) and we
need to create PST files at some location either locally or on network in
order to facilates atleast 4-5 users to access PST who are constantly on
phone.
I am aware about that PST files cannot be shared simuntaneously, but I
really need some solution which will help me share in real time as all those
people who require are servicing our clients.
Your help will be highly appreciated. This file is access simultaneouly by
all the required users, as to help the users.
