How do I share files between Access XP and 2003

I have Office XP at home and a later version at work. My Access files
created at work won't open on my home computer. Are the new Access version
files incompatible with older XP versions? If so, how to I translate. If
not, what could be wrong? How do I share files between home and work
computers?
 
An ACCESS 2002 file should be able to be opened by ACCESS 2003, and
vice-versa; only issue is the possibility of the references changing in the
VBE when you use 2003 (2002 won't be able to handle references to 2003).
What type of problems are you having?
