O Oliver Vukovics Jan 13, 2005 #2 Dear Clint, with Office (Outlook) 2000 you can do this with NetFolders (Freeware) via Email synchronization: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/netfolders.htm NetFolder is supported for Outlook 98/2000 but nor more supported in Outlook 2002/2003. For any commercial "Third party tools" as alternativ to an Exchange Server have a look on this sites: http://www.mapistore.com/Outlook/Groupware/ http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
