On a Windows XP Home system I need to share the C drive, them map it as a
network drive and then share a folder that's in the Program Files folder.
I've done all of this and even though I've shared the sub-folder I can't
browse past the Program Files folder and XP says that this can't be shared.
The folder must stay in the Program Files folder so how do I get past this
little security feature in XP?

You don't. It is a security feature.

There has to be a way! I've never seen a security feature that couldn't be
disabled, and the software manufacturer said that other clients have done it
in the past... they just weren't sure how.

Never mind... I found a work around. Quick question though...if you're
sharing a folder in a drive, does the drive have to be shared as well?
