How do I setup the Norton AntiSpam Plugin tool bar??

I just got a new processer and have everything setup so far. But Outlook
came with a toolbar "Norton AntiSpam plug in" If someone else wants that
tool bar added how would they do that??? Hopefully someone will know what
I'm talking about.

If you install the Norton Antsispam software you'll get thje toolbar/plugin.
That's the only way.

That toolbar must have come with Norton's AntiSpam product. It's not part of
the Outlook install
