How do I setup PowerPoint?

I already have Office 2003 installed on my comp. The problem is that the
Setup wizard can't find it. It tells me that I need to put the office disc in
the D: drive. I put that in and try again. Still no luck. Somebody please
help me!
 
What version of Office do you have? Is it the Basic Edition?

Are you saying that Office 2003 is installed, but PowerPoint 2003 is not
installed?
