How do I setup Outlook to import Netscape.net e-mail?

I can't get my netscape e-mail account configured to send my e-mails to
Outlook 2002. Each time I try to send a test message, it shows failed. I have
been unable to find any settings that will work. I can receive my Earthlink
e-mails on Outlook. Thanks fo any help!
