How do I Setup Outlook 2002 to work with Verizon DSL?

Trying to setup Outlook 2002 to work with Verizon DSL. I need the setting
required?
 
Then check Verizon's web page for the setup information - they provide the server names and protocols to be used. We certainly don't know.
