How do i setup my outlook so i get a copy of all incoming mail sen

I am trying to set up outlook so I receive a copy of every email sent to my
outlook inbox on my blackberry. Can anyone walk me through the steps and
help me out?

Does your Blackberry have an email address? Does it have any sync software?
