To help you, we need to find out which version of Outlook you are using. I
am using Outlook XP (2002), so I can help you with this version or with
Outlook 2003 as well. I'm sure with a little bit of searching we can figure
it out for the new Outlook 2007 as well.
I have a question along these same lines---I have someone I'm helping with
her 2003 OL. She has an MSN Premium account and when we set it up in her OL
it goes to a separate mailbox instead of the default Inbox....her Contacts
did the same thing....the problem then is that we can't treat them the same
as we do for regular OL. I've helped many others in the past and have never
seen this happen. In this string I am seeing lots of references to
Connectors.......Have never had to use connectors (whether Outlook, MSN or
Hotmail) in the past....as long as they were premium accounts. What should I
tell my friend? This is all so very confusing, when it used to be so SIMPLE!

My other post closed before I finished! Yikes!!! Anyway, it seems much
easier to just go with something like Veriozon, Comcast, etc.....that way she
can bypass that connector business entirely. Why did they take something
that was so easy and make it so very complicated???
