How do I set Word default view without Markup?

How do I set the Word doc default view to not have Markup? I do not want it
as the default, how do I change back to without?
 
You can disable the option to "Make hidden markup visible when opening or
saving" on the Security tab of Tools | Options, but this is not recommended.
