How do I set up Sent items and Out box in Outlook%2c they are not.

Have just got a new computer and in Outlook, the Sent items and Outbox
folders are missing in the left hand pane under My Shortcuts. How do I
create them and do I have to use rules in order for emails to go directly to
them? if so , how do I do this?
