How do I set up outlook to retrieve e-mail from Hotmail

How do I set up outlook to retrieve e-mail from Hotmail. I use Bell South DSL

Outlook can no longer connect to free Hotmail accounts. If you have a paid
Hotmail account, check their help section for instructions on setting up the
account through Outlook.
