how do i set up outlook to recieve my sprint email

help i need to set up outlook 2003 to get my cell phones email that goes to
my e mail box online with sprint i cant find any reference to it as uet and i
have learned that it makes it easier to check my messages more often if i
have oullok pick up my messages regularly. thanks i really appreciate any
sugestions
 
Does Sprint offer POP service or something to their server?
