how do i set up outlook to recieve email from yahoo

I am tring to find out how to set-up my email account in outlook to receive
my yahoo mail.

If it's a free Yahoo! account, the answer is "you don't" (at least in the
US). Yahoo! does not offer POP/SMTP access for it's free accounts. Web
access only. You have to pay Yahoo! if you want POP/SMTP access.
