How do I set up one heading containing multi e mail addresses

I have one group of individual, whom I often send common e - mail. Can I put
all these e mail addresses into one heading and use that heading only while
sending e mail to all

In your Contacts folder, click File>New>DIstribution List or assign a common
category to those contacts, use the By Category view, select the category,
and click Actions>New Message to Contact.
