How do I set up notification of duplicate names in an Access DB?

I want to be notified when I entered a duplicate name into my DB in Access.

Do you enter Data Via form? or strait into the table?

Check the name by using DLookup or a recordset to see if that name exists in
the table. Both methods are outlined in the help files. Post back if you
need more help.
