How do I set up my Microsoft Outlook on my iPhone?

I've been attempting to sync my Microsoft Outlook with my iPhone for a while
but can't quite obtain all the settings I need... Incoming / Outgoing severs
etc.

I don't have an Exchange account, or anything along those lines, so I'll be
attempting to sync it in the same way I did my Live account.

Any help in obtaining the informaiton I'd need would be great!

To sync your iPhone with Outlook you'll have to install iTunes from Apple.
They also have support instructions there is you get stuck with configuring
iTunes.

If you want your iPhone to collect the mail directly from the email server
from your provider, you'll have to use their information; Outlook doesn't
play any role in this. You can lookup your settings used in Outlook via
Tools-> Account Settings...
