either use rules to move messages, create different profiles for each
account or if they support IMAP, access them as imap accounts.

All POP3 accounts get their incoming messages stored in the aggregate
Inbox folder. HTTPmail accounts each get their own message store (i.e.,
a different PST file along with its own Inbox).

Create the special-use incoming message folders and use rules to move
messages into a particular folder based on through which account it was
received.

You could also right-click on the message list header columns and
customize them to show the E-mail Account field so you can leave them in
the Inbox by see which account was used to receive a message and could
even click on that column header to sort (and group) them together.

You could use rules to assign categories to a message based on which
account through which it was received, and then customize the view for
the folder to colorize messages based on their category.
