my email, It says that it does not support a hotmail account, This is my isp?

Hotmail is your ISP? I don't think so.
Which company do you pay for Internet access?

If your only email address is a Hotmail one, you can upgrade
Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail. The latter does Hotmail access.
